The Cercle de Réflexion pour le Développement en Afrique (CRDA) is an association whose aim is to reflect on the main issues at stake in the development of French-speaking African countries, particularly the DRC.This first issue of CRDA - Think Tank RD Congo is devoted to the analysis of good governance, starting with the study of the individual in society, the mentality and finally the rebuilding of the State in the DRC. It offers a framework for analyzing the priority aspects of refoundation and a number of proposals aimed at restoring a dynamic, strong and prosperous state.
