La pandémie de Covid 19 a accéléré l’utilisation des TIC et des réseaux sociaux dans les environnements éducatifs dans le but d’assurer la continuité du processus d’enseignement et d’apprentissage, bien que leur utilisation ait généré de nouvelles façons d’établir des relations dans ces environnements. En ce sens, l’étude vise à déterminer comment l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux affecte la reconfiguration des relations scolaires au niveau secondaire supérieur à Santiago de Cuba, afin de contribuer aux stratégies éducatives visant à les prendre en compte. Pour son développement, la stratégie méthodologique de triangulation est utilisée, à travers l’interrelation entre la méthodologie qualitative et quantitative et les techniques d’observation participante semi-structurée, d’entretiens avec des informateurs clés, d’entretiens de groupe avec des familles et des questionnaires d’étudiants, et d’analyse de documents. Les résultats mettent en évidence l’émergence de réseaux de soutien informels qui se manifestent par de nouvelles pratiques éducatives, un niveau plus élevé d’interaction entre les élèves, les enseignants et les familles, la coopération, le soutien socio-émotionnel et la solidarité qui sont légitimés, conduisant à la reconfiguration des relations scolaires.
