Les trois dernières années n’ont pas été faciles pour Monique, une psychologue à la retraite. En premier, il y a eu deux années de COVID-19 qui ont interrompu nos vies. Ensuite, son chien âgé est décédé et elle a dû accepter que ce fut pour le mieux, pour qu’il ne souffre plus. Une réunion avec des amis de jeunesse lui permet de retrouver sa joie de vivre et de se libérer rapidement de son état. À présent, elle cherche à comprendre la raison d’un tel mal de vivre sans raison apparente.Monique comprend maintenant qu’elle doit retourner dans le passé, pour revisiter sa vie avec tous ses moments de joie et de chagrin. Pendant ce processus, elle trouve, comprend et se libère de l’énigme cachée depuis longtemps dans sa mémoire.Son histoire nous dit de ne jamais abandonner. Il faut chercher ce dont nous avons besoin pour améliorer notre situation et être vraiment heureux dans la vie.
