Any invention needs the widest possible dissemination in order to know its characteristics and proposed usefulness. If it is a device for learning the exploration of the anterior face of the eye, specifically the radius and orientation of its main axes, we are directing the patent to a specialized group, optometry and ophthalmology students from all over the world, in any learning center of these keratometries. The patent registered in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office is number ES2310128 (B2) with the title 'Device for studying keratometric power values and radii' whose inventors are Consuelo Villena, Antonio Álvarez and one of the authors of this book. Although its main function is the practice of keratometry, it is also useful for instruments that measure ocular topographies. Its use in Optometry university degrees since 2005, facilitates the student’s repetition without disturbing any patient, with a wide range of artificial eyes with a great spectrum of powers and axes, but fundamentally with objective control of the results at a glance in a table with the data.
