To relegate the health sector to the background is to negate his own existence as a man. In view of certain realities on the ground in some parts of the world, it is possible to believe that despite the efforts made to maintain the correct evolution of public health, there are several aspects to be reviewed. The best would be that each partner having power in this field plays impeccably its role, so as to give the best of itself for a better tomorrow; knowing that any development whatsoever, passes by the Health of the population which it is necessary to hold in point. The failure in this sector is much more pronounced on the angle of the infrastructures inadequate to the demographic growth, because of the meager budgets allocated to the services of Health which, consequently, denotes an unremitting imbalance, being at the origin of several evils relating to the public well-being. It is crucial to see the budgetary envelope differently for a dynamic health economy.
