James is an innocent child who likes to play games and thinks that his friends enjoy them as well. But one day, when his friends used his own games against him, James realized he was being a bully.  Since that day, he tries to be an exemplary friend and help others when needed. No children are born mean or wanting to become bullies. All children are born innocent. They think that what they are doing is good and fun until they are shown otherwise by their parents, teachers, or other friends who have being taught the meaning of kindness towards any living thing at an early age. This book uses animal characters as children throughout many illustrations to show the story in detail.  The illustrations walk you through how James was a happy child by hurting his friends. He didn’t know he was being a bully until one day no one wanted to play with him. Also, the illustrations show how he suffered by the games played on him and how he learned the value of friendship and kindness. In the end, not only him but everyone else was happy playing games that everybody enjoyed. It shows how James becomes a true friend.
