One day while Jace, Payton, and Vince were playing in the sand, they found a mysterious bottle with a genie inside it. Although Bill (the genie) wants nothing more than to grant his new master his three wishes, Jaces wishes turn out horribly wrong! It seems Bill has the flickering flubber wishes flu. Can Jace and the Harley gang get the ingredients that they need from Shenanigans Island to help Bill not only recover from the flickering flubber wishes flu but also reverse the wishes that have turned out horribly wrong?
