Her doctor suggested visiting a psychiatrist, but the money was tight. Not to mention, doctor visits were not in the budget either. So instead, Coleman put pen to paper to express her feelings, and this book became a healing process for her.This book is divided into three chapters, sharing the good times and the bad.
