Le Programme national pour le soutien et le développement des exportations de la République du Bélarus pour 2016-2020 comprend parmi les huit tâches principales, outre la diversification des relations commerciales et économiques avec divers pays et régions, l’optimisation de la législation sur le soutien aux exportations, l’encouragement des exportateurs de biens et de services à élargir la gamme de produits et les types de services fournis, l’amélioration des approches pour travailler avec les petites et moyennes entreprises sur les questions d’exportation, la création de conditions pour la promotion des produits non liés aux ressources, des produits de haute technologie, etc. Cette complexité ne peut être atteinte que si tous les producteurs nationaux de biens et de services sont impliqués dans l’activité économique étrangère. Comment cet objectif est-il atteint dans la pratique ? C’est l’objet de l’étude proposée.
