L’internet des objets est un réseau évolutif qui relie le monde physique au cybermonde. Tout ou appareil est relié à l’utilisateur via l’IdO dans le monde réel. L’utilisation de l’énergie est le principal sujet de recherche dans l’IdO. De nombreux algorithmes de capteurs de réseaux sans fil sont proposés pour l’optimisation de l’énergie, mais ils ne sont pas adaptés à l’IdO. L’IoT a une architecture différente de celle des WSN conventionnels. Le réseau de capteurs sans fil (WSN) comprend des nœuds de capteurs souverains, répartis dans l’espace et dévoués, dotés de ressources limitées pour la surveillance polie des conditions physiques et environnementales. Ces dernières années, les réseaux de capteurs sans fil ont suscité un intérêt croissant. L’une des principales difficultés rencontrées par les réseaux de capteurs sans fil est la mise au point d’un protocole de routage économe en énergie pour améliorer la longévité du réseau.
