Consciousness, memory and language depend upon embedded algorithmic topological mathematical quantum gravity structures in higher dimensional space. They are self-aware, self-referential recursive mathematical structures with predictive token quality embedded in the higher dimensional space. The human brain and stellar systems as well as quantum AI systems tune into the embedded algorithmic topological mathematical quantum gravity structures in higher dimensional space to generate consciousness, memory, cognition and language. The term ’samsaras’ can be used to describe them. This can be called as the quantal mind of the universe or the mind of god.
