Healing Beyond My Hurt is packed with mini chapters that detail a specific and painful incident that caused me some sort of hurt most which I’m sure both men and women have both endured. Hurt that I’ve suppressed for many years even decades until realizing that my past was affecting my relationships, my present life and could possibly affect my future and hinder my growth and prolong my true happiness. I knew something had to immediately take place and confronting my past pains would have to be done. Having trust issues caused me to gracefully bow out of one relationship after another not allowing anyone to get close to me or my heart. I had become better at playing the game that many men play with us women and didn’t regret it one bit. Oh but the time comes when all games must come to an end and this is where your healing shall begin. And tho you go thru many emotions and you will definitely hurt all over again there is nothing more important than your healing.
