L’obiettivo di questo articolo è analizzare come sono stati costituiti i nuovi processi, strumenti e ambiti di gestione del Governo dello Stato di Minas Gerais dal 2015, concentrandosi sugli organi di governo centrali. Abbiamo caratterizzato e analizzato gli organi di governo centrali creati dal 2015, la Collegiata di Pianificazione e Gestione Strategica (CPGE) e la Camera del Bilancio e delle Finanze (COF), così come quello che li ha preceduti di poco, la Camera di Coordinamento Generale, Pianificazione, Gestione e Finanze (CCGPGF). Si tratta di uno studio di caso qualitativo e descrittivo in cui sono state condotte analisi documentarie e interviste semi-strutturate con i membri della CPGE e della COF, nonché con i tecnici della Segreteria esecutiva della COF e della CPGE e della ex CCGPGF.
