Cinq catégories d’analyse ont été trouvées dans les rapports des infirmières : Performance des infirmières dans le scénario du centre chirurgical qui décrit les sentiments et les façons dont les infirmières ont agi dans l’espace du centre chirurgical ; Perception des infirmières sur le processus de gestion dans le centre chirurgical : les infirmières y décrivent leur routine de travail dans les quatre hôpitaux régionaux étudiés et leurs actions, dans le cadre de la gestion du centre chirurgical.
