This research delves into the development and assessment of a polyherbal lehya, a traditional medicinal formulation widely used in Ayurveda. The study aims to formulate a potent and effective polyherbal lehya using a combination of carefully selected medicinal plants known for their therapeutic properties. The research focuses on the synergistic effects of combining multiple herbs to enhance the overall efficacy of the lehya.The formulation process involves meticulous selection, authentication, and standardization of individual herbal ingredients based on their pharmacological activities. The evaluation phase employs a comprehensive set of analytical techniques to assess the physicochemical, phytochemical, and pharmacological attributes of the polyherbal lehya. Physicochemical parameters such as organoleptic characteristics, pH, and viscosity are analyzed to ensure the formulation’s stability and palatability. Phytochemical profiling is conducted to identify and quantify bioactive compounds responsible for the therapeutic effects.Furthermore, the pharmacological evaluation includes in vitro studies to validate the efficacy and safety of the polyherbal lehya.
