Many families celebrate their own unique traditions, but few family traditions last over four generations and touch so many lives. Fishing, Family, and Tall Tales memorializes how two such traditions—the late spring annual trout fishing outing at Tellico and the Labor Day weekend camping and fishing trip on the banks of the Tennessee River—personally made an impact upon the author, Charles Lynn Harrison, and on all of his relatives and friends who shared those weekends over the course of 60–plus years.
