Henry Fisher ha estado vinculado al universo de la ficción breve desde su juventud, cuando, bajo la tutela de Harold Kremer y Guillermo Bustamante Zamudio, fue por un tiempo miembro del comité de dirección de la revista Ekuóreo, durante su primera etapa, a comienzos de la década de 1980. La publicación es ampliamente considerada como la primera en Latinoamérica (y tal vez en el mundo) dedicada exclusivamente al minicuento. Desde el 2011 hasta el presente, Fisher conforma junto a Kremer y Bustamante el comité de dirección de la versión digital de la revista: https://e-kuoreo.blogspot.com/.Fe de erratas ejemplifica la proteica naturaleza del género de la minificción (un género «des-generado», como ha advertido la profesora venezolana Violeta Rojo): minicuentos de terror, ciencia ficción, suspenso, fantasía y demás se expresan en hiperbreves, minicuentos, cuentos cortos, poemas en prosa, miniensayos, minifábulas, minisagas y metaficción, en una exploración formal que abarca los temas cercanos al autor: la historia, los textos sagrados, la literatura en fin, toda la obra de la imaginación de los hombres.
