De acordo com Dennison, Chu e Yang (2000), a cultura organizacional refere-se aos valores, crenças e princípios básicos que servem de base sólida para o sistema de gestão. Além disso, tanto os valores e crenças como o sistema de gestão reforçam esses princípios básicos.
