At our present troubling time in our attempts to tame the world’s war mongering nations, if we abandon the sincere certainty of establishing a genuine world peace at any rate, it is likely to leave us with a skeptical paradox that will obviously be depressing and deplorable to say the least. We must never shy away from this bold idea of human freedom. Some governments choose to ignore international law and could care less about antagonising other world nations who keep striving for peace and diplomatic solutions and negotiations in good faith and paradoxically, there seems to be only silence from the so-called international community while defenceless groups of people get squashed and bombed and their homes shredded and levelled to the ground. How can this be? What did we learn from the agonies and sorrows of the last two world wars? We definitely need a world order led by credible and sincere nations that would put the interest of world peace first. One of the greatest predicaments for current generation is the inherent uncertainty and difficulty in understanding and navigating complex situations for world peace where solutions might seem quite elusive while the potential consequences are significant. The puzzle for the new generation worldwide is the absence of world peace, a priceless entity that can never return equal to the demand if not availed to them by us, that is, if we can halt the speeding train of those who are carrying big guns gluttonously. The ’Cell-phone generation’ has never experienced real world peace that existed before the world wars. How do we define it to them? In my view, every living human on this planet is an advocate for the world peace, a priceless commodity.Understanding credibility in global governance is essential for fostering a cooperative international environment where nations can thrive. Credibility refers not only to the reliability of states in fulfilling their commitments but also to the trustworthiness of international institutions and agreements. As countries navigate the complexities of globalisation, the need for a credible world order becomes increasingly apparent. A world where nations can depend on one another to uphold their obligations is crucial for peace, economic stability, and the collective well-being of humanity.
