This study examines the ethnicity conflict between Sinhalese and Tamil ethnic in Sri Lanka and the strategies used by the government to resolve it. It has involved statistical results of collected information through secondary and primary processes by obtaining SPSS analysis formulation. Mixed method research design has been applied to get authentic information of Sri Lankan government strategies. Different themes have been evaluated based on interview data of 9 interview participants with 7 different questions. Descriptive analysis has been performed to determine mean and standard deviation values of individual Independent and dependent variable related statements. Conflict theory and Society are discussed.
