In jüngster Zeit besteht ein großes Interesse an der Herstellung von Leichtbaukomponenten, die zur Wärmedämmung verwendet werden können.Die Verwendung solcher Komponenten und Gebäude haben einen großen Vorteil und führen zu einer großen Reduzierung der für Heizung und Kühlung benötigten Energie und damit zu einer erheblichen Kostenreduzierung, insbesondere bei den vorherrschenden heißen und trockenen klimatischen Bedingungen im Irak. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es daher, die Eigenschaften von zwei Arten von Polystyrol-Isolierbeton zu untersuchen, die zur Wärmedämmung verwendet werden können.Diese Art von Leichtbeton wird derzeit in vielen wichtigen Gebäuden benötigt.
