L’objectif de cette étude est d’étudier l’effet du plasma riche en plaquettes (PRP) autologue et de la propolis sur la cicatrisation de défauts osseux induits expérimentalement chez le lapin.Des techniques radiologiques et histologiques ont été utilisées pourpour évaluer le processus de guérison aux 2e, 4e et 6e semaines postopératoires.semaines postopératoires.L’évaluation du processus de guérison a été faite sur la base du nombre de trabécules osseuses nouvellement formées et de la longueur et de la largeur de ces trabécules.Il a été constaté que l’utilisation de PRP autologue seul conduisait à une cicatrisation plus importante que celle obtenue par l’utilisation de PRP autologue seul.une cicatrisation plus importante que celle obtenue dans les groupesle groupe propolis et le groupe témoin.D’autre part, l’utilisation de propolis entraîne un retard du processus de guérison par rapport à la guérison des défauts osseux dans le groupe témoin.Il a été conclu que le PRP autologue exerçait un effet bénéfique sur le processus de guérison et qu’il pouvait être utilisé en clinique.
