No sector da educação, professores, pais e alunos são recursos chave para o sucesso das escolas. Este estudo visa avaliar a eficácia da educação cívica no contexto escolar e universitário da cidade de Goma. A sua problemática centra-se na questão principal de como assegurar a eficácia da educação cívica nas escolas e universidades da RDC. A população do estudo foi composta por parceiros educativos. Utilizámos uma metodologia baseada na análise de conteúdos centrada na análise temática, seguindo abordagens horizontais e verticais. Os resultados revelam que a educação cívica tem sido a fonte de vários desafios pedagógicos de comunicação no processo ensino-aprendizagem.
