This book provides to know information on the status of threatened bird species and their habitats. Moreover, this book alerts urgently needed to maintain the wetland environments, and then to serve necessitate conservation activities for both threatened terrestrial and waterbird species. Thus, the book’s main purpose is to assess some threat factors that affect on some threatened birds species. Therefore, awareness and education programmes should be carried out in the world wide (especially rural community because rural regions are a lot of nature) to encourage protection and discourage activities such as hunting, netting, human disturbances and habitat destruction. If action is not taken, threatened bird species and their habitats will be lost. In Myanmar, Maletto In is located in Maubin Township, Ayeyarwady Division. The delta system of Maletto In where provided foraging grounds and secure breeding grounds for very large numbers of migratory bird species.
