L’obiettivo di questo studio è stato quello di verificare, identificare, analizzare e proporre una revisione del Piano di Prevenzione e Lotta agli Incendi (PPCI) per l’Edificio Axel Gomes, migliorando le prestazioni dei punti più critici, tenendo conto dell’infrastruttura esistente e della conformità agli standard in vigore durante il processo di rilascio del Certificato di Ispezione da parte del Dipartimento dei Vigili del Fuoco di Minas Gerais - AVCB. L’analisi è stata condotta attraverso un caso di studio, tenendo conto della legislazione in vigore (decreti, misure provvisorie, leggi, norme tecniche e istruzioni tecniche del Dipartimento dei Vigili del Fuoco di Minas Gerais) e del contesto attuale. Basandosi sulla prospettiva della prevenzione, questo lavoro vuole dare un contributo diagnosticando e analizzando le condizioni di sicurezza di un edificio multifamiliare, proponendo alcuni interventi necessari per migliorare la sicurezza di questo edificio.
