Verschiedene Faktoren beeinflussen das Leiden der Pflegefachkräfte, wie Arbeitsüberlastung, überlange Arbeitszeiten, überfüllte Pflegestationen, Abwertung des Berufs, ständige Arbeit mit Leiden und Schmerzen und andere. Die Krankenpflege erfordert Aufmerksamkeit und einen humaneren Umgang mit den Pflegekräften.
