Dieser Beitrag basiert auf einer Überprüfung der wissenschaftlichen Literatur über Schüler mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störung, insbesondere über das Problem der Erkennung von Emotionen und darüber, wie die Technik des 'Prompt and Fade' diesen Menschen helfen kann.Autismus-Spektrum-Störung (ASD) geht auf eine Entwicklungsstörung zurück, bei der neuroanatomische, genetische und umweltbedingte Faktoren eine Schlüsselrolle spielen. Es ist allgemein bekannt, dass eines der Kriterien für die Diagnose von ASD eine qualitative Beeinträchtigung der sozialen Interaktion ist, und es hat sich auch gezeigt, dass Kinder mit Autismus große Schwierigkeiten haben, die mentalen Zustände anderer zu verstehen, einschließlich des Erkennens und Verstehens von Emotionen.Im Hinblick auf Emotionen ist die Rolle der Mimik in der Tat entscheidend. Um Emotionen erkennen zu können, kann man die 'Prompt and Fade'-Technik anwenden, mit dem Ziel, das Erkennen der eigenen Emotionen und der anderer zu verbessern. Der Lehrer spielt in diesem Zusammenhang eine grundlegende Rolle: Es wird betont, wie wichtig es ist, qualifiziertes und einfühlsames Personal zu beschäftigen, um diesen Schülern mit Autismus wirklich zu helfen.
