Unsere Forschung befasste sich mit der Situation im Bereich Wasser, Hygiene und Sanitärversorgung (WASH) im Viertel KAHEMBE (Goma-Stadt). Die Hypothese war, dass das Viertel KAHEMBE wie andere Viertel in der Stadt GOMA ein Problem mit dem Zugang zu sauberem Trinkwasser, grundlegender Hygiene und sanitärer Grundversorgung hat, was auf folgende Ursachen zurückzuführen ist: 1. Die Ziele der Studie bestanden darin, die Situation in Bezug auf Wasser, Hygiene und Sanitärversorgung im Stadtteil KAHEMBE zu bewerten und den Kenntnisstand, die Einstellung und die Praxis der Bevölkerung in Bezug auf Wasser, Hygiene und Sanitärversorgung zu ermitteln.
