So stellt sich die Frage nach der Effektivität dieses Rechts in der DR Kongo, da die 'gute Gesundheit' jedes Einzelnen zu einer Utopie wird, weil der Staat nicht die Voraussetzungen für die Erfüllung der wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Rechte schafft, die mit dem Recht auf Gesundheit verknüpft sind; weil Medikamente von zweifelhafter Qualität im Umlauf sind; weil es keine Gesetze über die Herstellung und den Verkauf von Medikamenten und die Ausübung der traditionellen Medizin gibt etc. Das vorliegende Buch ist ein echtes Instrument, um Studenten und Angehörige der Rechtsberufe, Gesetzgeber, Politiker und Gesundheitsbehörden anzusprechen, da die Förderung der öffentlichen Gesundheit für alle Menschen von Interesse sein muss. Das Buch regt Gesetzes- und Verwaltungsreformen an, um dieses garantierte Grundrecht erfolgreich umzusetzen.
