What is creativity? Can anyone become more creative? If so, how? Join graduate students from the University of Chicago as they debate this subject and try to handle the complex notion of creativity. Creativity is undoubtedly complex and some of the discussions involve topics in philosophy, science, religion, information theory, but there also are themes of a more common sense nature, like the means of opposite sexes, their partnership, and so on. Creativity is quintessence that intellectuals and ordinary people have searched for throughout history. True creators have been considered, variously, as geniuses, great artists, or extraordinary. Creativity can be magical, surprising, humorous and a source of change. Being creative entails complex consequences and new responsibilities.
