ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Dr. Ron Brown has served as the Executive Director for a Youth for Christ chapter and as Executive Pastor at churches in Illinois and Tennessee. Ron currently helps organizations find effective operational and leadership solutions. Ron is also an adjunct professor of Leadership and Organizational Studies at Greenville University and Multnomah University. Ron has his PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, VA; Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois; and a Masters of Religion from Trinity International University, IL.
