Corruption within the Colombian State guarantees that our people are condemned to material, intellectual and spiritual misery for centuries, sometimes it is incomprehensible the behavior of children who attempt against their own blood, the law and jurisprudence may be sufficient to heal this conflict, but corruption has almost become a culture, an obligatory custom in the administration of public resources, which has permeated control entities, and legal operators, therefore it is necessary to expose the problem and expose solutions.
