La reforma de la Constitución de la Nación Argentina de 1994 es una importante modificación realizada al texto constitucional de 1853, concebido por Juan Bautista Alberdi. El documento original lo aprobó una asamblea constituyente integrada por representantes de trece provincias, en la ciudad de Santa Fe en el año 1853. La reforma de 1994, que constituye el texto aquí publicado, introdujo importantes cambios en varios temas, comola prioridad sobre la ley de los tratados internacionales,el sistema electoral,las facultades del Congreso y del poder Ejecutivo,acortar el período presidencialy nuevos derechos (entre otros, derechos ambientales y derechos de consumidores y usuarios).En resumen la Constitución de la Nación Argentina de 1994 actualiza y moderniza el texto original introduciendo derechos y deberes no previstos en la Constitución Argentina de 1853.
