Os conflitos armados no Mali levaram à deslocação forçada no interior do país. O tratamento destas pessoas deslocadas internamente nos centros de saúde deu origem a desvios éticos.O objectivo deste estudo foi o de avaliar as tensões éticas no acesso aos cuidados para as pessoas deslocadas.Foi um estudo prospectivo de corte transversal realizado com 259 indivíduos. O questionário dizia respeito a 254 pessoas deslocadas, incluindo 150 mulheres e 104 homens, e a entrevista aprofundada foi conduzida com cinco indivíduos, incluindo um gestor da CSRéf em Sogoniko, um gestor e um representante da Direcção Nacional do Desenvolvimento Social (DNDS), um agente da ONG AMSODE e um representante da associação PINAL. Os dados foram gerados no Office 2016 e analisados na versão 26 do SPSS.Utilizámos o Teste Chi2 com P≥0.05 com CI=95 para estabelecer as relações entre as variáveis. Verificámos que a malária era a maior prevalência da doença com 16,5% seguida de dores de estômago a 13%. A qualidade dos cuidados era insatisfatória com 53,1%. As vítimas de violência representaram 43% contra 57%.
