Esta investigación se centró en analizar la calidad de habitabilidad en el asentamiento negligente de Nadine Heredia, ubicado en la Banda de Shilcayo. Dicha zona se ha expandido rápidamente sin una planificación adecuada, lo cual planteó importantes desafíos en términos de infraestructura, servicios básicos y bienestar de vida de sus pobladores.Teniendo como resultado la escasez y la precariedad de servicios en las viviendas y las condiciones de vivir.El objetivo del estudio fue describir las condiciones de habitabilidad en este asentamiento, evaluando aspectos como vivienda, acceso a servicios básicos, salud, educación y seguridad. Además, se buscó comprender el impacto de este crecimiento urbano informal en el bienestar de vida de los residentes, considerando sus propias percepciones sobre su entorno y condiciones de vida.A partir de los hallazgos, se investigaron situaciones similares y se analizaron sus recomendaciones para restablecer la situación de vida y alojamiento en áreas similares. De esta manera, el proyecto buscó aportar a la mejora de la habitabilidad en el asentamiento humano Nadine Heredia.
