Chaucer is a lovable little dog who shares his adventures with the children. They quickly identify with the little dog because his adventures are very similar to theirs. In CHAUCER GOES TO THE DOCTOR, Chaucer takes the children to the animal hospital when he goes for his annual checkup. While they are there, they learn many interesting things. Perhaps the most interesting is that when a pet goes to their veterinarian, it is very similar to when a child goes to his or her pediatrician.
