Cellulase, ein Enzym, das in der Lage ist, Cellulose zu einfacheren Zuckern zu hydrolysieren, birgt großes Potenzial für verschiedene industrielle Anwendungen. Diese Studie konzentriert sich auf die Produktion von Cellulase mit Hilfe von Aspergillus-Arten und ihre Anwendung bei der Entfernung von Cellulose aus Jackfruchtschalen, einem allgemein verfügbaren landwirtschaftlichen Abfall. Der enzymatische Produktionsprozess umfasst die Kultivierung von Aspergillus-Stämmen unter optimierten Fermentationsbedingungen, einschließlich pH-Wert, Temperatur und Nährstoffverfügbarkeit. Die Extraktion und Reinigung der Cellulase aus der Pilzbiomasse erfolgt durch verschiedene Trennverfahren wie Zentrifugation und Chromatographie.Diese Studie zeigt das Potenzial der aus Aspergillus stammenden Cellulase bei der effizienten Entfernung von Cellulose aus Jackfruchtschalen und unterstreicht die Bedeutung des Enzyms bei der Aufwertung von landwirtschaftlichen Abfällen. Die Ergebnisse tragen zur Entwicklung nachhaltiger und umweltfreundlicher Ansätze für den Zelluloseabbau bei und fördern die Nutzung erneuerbarer Ressourcen für verschiedene industrielle Anwendungen.
