Proteomics has been at the center of many researches being conducted recently. In the past few years, proteomics have expanded from an exceptionally scientific attempt to an extensively used method. The purpose of this book is to emphasize the methods in which proteomics is presently being employed to address issues in the biological sciences. Although there have been major advances in methods involving the utilization of proteomics in biology, elementary approaches concerning essential sample visualization and protein recognition still represent the principle techniques used by the vast majority of researchers to resolve problems in biology.
