Celem pracy była ocena częstości występowania skórnych polekowych reakcji niepożądanych w szpitalnych i ambulatoryjnych oddziałach dermatologicznych. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzono, że najczęściej obserwowanymi skórnymi polekowymi reakcjami niepożądanymi są nieruchome wykwity polekowe, a następnie wysypka plamisto-grudkowa. Stwierdzono, że najczęściej odpowiedzialne za nie są leki z grupy NLPZ, a następnie leki przeciwpadaczkowe. W zależności od rodzaju ADR, dermatologiczne ADR różniły się wyglądem, czasem trwania, przyczyną i ciężkością. Aby zminimalizować częstość występowania CADR, system opieki zdrowotnej powinien promować spontaniczne zgłaszanie dermatologicznych działań niepożądanych do ośrodków nadzoru nad bezpieczeństwem farmakoterapii.
