Über das Buch: Dieses Buch basiert auf einer Studie, die mit dem Ziel durchgeführt wurde, einen Fähigkeitstest für Kabaddi zu erstellen. Für die Studie wurden 100 männliche Kabaddi-Spieler als Probanden ausgewählt. Das Alter der Probanden lag zwischen 18 und 28 Jahren. Die Studie wurde auf der Grundlage der verfügbaren Literatur über spezifische Kabaddi-Fähigkeiten und Muskelkraft sowie der Testergebnisse der entsprechenden Forschungsstudien durchgeführt. Unter Berücksichtigung des spezifischen Zwecks der Studie wurden acht Testpunkte ausgewählt, nämlich Zehenberührung, Handberührung, Griffstärke rechts, Griffstärke links, Beinkraft, Rückenkraft, Fußarbeit und Zugkraft und Beindruck. Mithilfe einer Faktorenanalyse wurde ein Test zur Messung der Spielfähigkeit von Kabaddi-Spielern erstellt. Dies ist für Sportlehrer und Trainer des Spiels Kabaddi sehr nützlich.
