O objetivo do estudo foi determinar em que medida o módulo de aprendizagem baseada em problemas melhora o nível de aprendizagem no tema do direito constitucional em relação ao aprendizado com o método tradicional na Escola Técnica Superior da Polícia Nacional 'Puente Piedra' - Lima em 2010. Nesta pesquisa, 45 alunos da Escola Técnica Superior 'Puente Piedra' participaram como grupo experimental e 45 alunos da Escola Técnica Superior 'San Bartolo' como grupo controle. A pesquisa aplicou um módulo baseado em problemas para o ensino da disciplina de Direito Constitucional peruano.
