Così ci siamo proposti di identificare i pericoli e valutare i rischi a cui sono esposte tutte le persone che lavorano in questi diversi siti senza il minimo rispetto per la salute e la sicurezza; per richiamare la loro attenzione su una gestione proattiva della protezione della salute e della sicurezza; al fine di anticipare e prevenire eventi indesiderati nei siti.
