Obehi Peter Ewanfoh, born in Nigeria in 1979, has embarked on a worthy mission: that of changing outsiders’ views on Nigerian and African cultures for the better. He first tried his hands at writing while still in secondary school, and his first book, which proved an immediate success, came out three years later, in 2004. Set in the traditional past, it introduces readers to a tightly knit community where children play a pivotal role in bringing about reconciliation and joy.
