According to the National Survey on Drug, Alcohol and Tobacco Consumption (ENCODAT, 2016-2017) shows that the prevalence for the consumption of these substances begins during the age of 12 to 65 years, which causes diffusions and disability at a relatively early stage, The World Health Organization (WHO, 2010), The World Health Organization (WHO, 2010) states that alcoholism in many countries is already a harmful use among young people, which reduces self-control, leading to the adoption of risky behaviors, so that five out of ten leading causes of mortality are directly or indirectly related to alcohol abuse (Secretaría de Salud [SSA], 2010).
