Suzanne Bowman is left alone as an orphan at the age of 10 when her parents where burned to death accused of witchcraft, no one ever wanted her or near her kids but a servant’s daughter Mali became her first family. Sergeant Alexander O’shea sent in Africa met Suzzy as an evangelist, they became friends because O’shea loved her african friend (Nilindiwe). Young Nlindiwe who was in love with O’shea is Married to Upare’s chief Maludkwa as a 10th wife, she gets pregnant but a biracial child is born, Chief Maludkwa is angry with her and plans to kill her because she cheated him.
