Issued by both the Ministry of Commerce and the Capital Markets Authority, the new law takes effect in 2023. When the Ministry of Commerce and the Capital Market Authority announced a new draft Companies Law those who work in the corporate space eagerly awaited the new law. The new Companies Law streamlines corporate practice in the Kingdom.
