Grazie al suo impegno, il Parlamento Italiano emanò in pochi mesi la legge 6/2004, oggi divenuta fondamentale. A distanza di vent’anni, questo libro propone un’analisi della legge, dal suo iter legislativo alla sua applicazione, per confermarne con orgoglio i punti di forza, ma anche per stimolare interventi migliorativi.
